We offer karate instruction for children and adults starting from the age of 4 and up. 

Martial Arts is good clean fun for kids and a great way to give kids a head start in life. The benefits are numerous, from self-discipline and confidence, better co-ordination and increased strength and flexibility. Because a structure of respect is built into Martial Arts, children develop the ability to listen, learn and achieve within a highly regulated environment. This proves to be an excellent re-inforcement of study techniques for school.

Martial Arts is great for adults too. Karate feels good. Many students who have tried other forms of exercise say that nothing makes them feel as good as Martial Arts. You learn incredible self defense techniques and you feel confident that should the need arise, you can confidently defend yourself or your loved ones around you.
